Empire Force Events began in 1982 as Tour de Force Events, a small business offering specialized tours to the corporate market. In 1994, Tour de Force Vice President, Jaclyn Bernstein, partnered with independent event producer, Robert W. Hulsmeyer, to purchase the company. The company grew to become one of the premier event design and management agencies. As the saying goes, the rest is history.

Together, Hulsmeyer and Bernstein have set a new standard for event design and management. With high-profile projects like the Untied Nations “Stand Up Against Poverty” event in Times Square, Empire Force has become an industry force to be reckoned with!

Jaclyn Bernstein

Bernstein is widely recognized as a leader in the events industry and champion of the profession. Her expertise as an Event Producer and New York City Destination Manager positions Empire Force to support the challenging and fast-paced production expectations of the world’s biggest corporations and organizations. She is in her second term on the board of directors for NYC & Company. And in 2007, “Crain's New York Business” named Bernstein one of New York City’s top six meetings/hospitality/entertainment industry leaders in New York City.
